If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. Your continued use of any service constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.
Infinity Solutions LLC provides AI-powered software tools and a contractor marketplace platform. Our services include:

Marketplace Role: InfinityMatch operates solely as a marketplace that connects homeowners with independent contractors. Infinity Solutions LLC is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor, does not employ contractors, does not supervise or control the work performed, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or completion of any project.
For Homeowners: By submitting a project, you authorize InfinityMatch to share your project details and contact information with matched contractors. You understand that:
For Contractors: By joining InfinityMatch, you represent that you hold all required licenses and insurance for your trade and service area. You agree that:
Some services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
You may not share your account credentials, create accounts for others without their consent, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access free tiers repeatedly.
Payments are processed by Square. Infinity Solutions LLC does not store your payment card information. By providing payment information you authorize Square to charge your payment method.
Subscription plans are offered at the following rates:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your Square account and will retain access through the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period except where required by law.
Fair use: Subscription plans include up to 500 AI generations per calendar month. This limit exists to ensure service quality for all users. Users exceeding this limit in a given month will have access restored on the first of the following month. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that demonstrate patterns of automated or abusive usage.
Free tier: Unregistered users may access a limited number of AI generations per month at no charge. Free tier limits are enforced server-side and cannot be extended by clearing browser data or using private browsing.
Per-use charges (individual documents, analyses, etc.) are non-refundable once content has been generated, except in cases of clear technical failure where no usable content was produced.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice before any subscription price increase takes effect.
Our tools use artificial intelligence to generate content. You understand and agree that:
Any dispute between a homeowner and a contractor arising from a project found through InfinityMatch is exclusively between those parties. Infinity Solutions LLC will not mediate, arbitrate, or be held liable for the outcome of any such dispute.
We encourage both parties to document all agreements in writing using our contract tools and to maintain records of all communications and payments.
For disputes with Infinity Solutions LLC directly, you agree to first contact us at contact.infinitysolutionsllc@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally before pursuing any legal action.
You may not use our services to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 90 days prior to the claim, or (b) $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.
Content you generate using our tools belongs to you, subject to any rights held by the underlying AI providers. You grant us a limited license to store and process your inputs solely to provide the service.
The Infinity Solutions LLC name, logos, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any service at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Account termination does not erase agreement records, which are retained for legal compliance purposes.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
